- Order Processing: - Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

- Order Confirmation:- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times - Domestic Shipping (Within United States and Puerto Rico):

-Standard Shipping: 2- 5 business days starting at $5 depending on the weight

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. - Please note that delivery times do not include the processing time required to prepare your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

- Tracking Information: - Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the courier's website. - If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at Diluxco23@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Restrictions

- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: - We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages- Responsibility: - We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier. - If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

7. Order Modification - Changes and Cancellations: - If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Diluxco23@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed. - Once an order has been proccessed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
