Return Policy: Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 48 Hours of delivery. - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made, personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. -

Please include your order number and reason for return. - We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item. - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds: - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. - Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. - If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.

2. Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchanges: - Items must be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery. - The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. - Custom-made or personalized is not eligible for exchanges unless defective or damaged. - Exchange Process:- Contact us at Diluxco23@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. - We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item. - Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we will send out the replacement item. - Processing Time: - The processing time for exchanges is typically 7-14 business days from when we receive your item. - If the item requested for exchange is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items - Inspection on Arrival: - Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at Diluxco23@gmail.com. - We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
4. Shipping Costs - Return Shipping: - Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. - Original Shipping Fees: - Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
