How long it takes to process and ship my order?
We want you to get your order as soon as possible, with that being said we'll process and ship it in between 24 & 72 hours.
The shipping time can vary on Weekends including Holidays
How can I track my order?
As soon as the Package leaves our facility an Email will be sent to you to provide you with a tracking number. Check your Spam folder in case that you're unable to find it
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We accept Returns & Exchanges only if your order has arrived defective or damaged. We won't be able to process a refund after 48 hours of you receiving your package. For more information please visit our Return & Exchanges Policies
How do I care for my jewelry?
Jewelry care depends on the material. We do recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals & storing it in a dry, cool place. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth can maintain its shine. For detailed care instructions, please see our Jewelry care Guide.

We do accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), & Paypal.
Do you ship Internationally?
No, as of right now we only offer Nationwide shipping. Only in United States and Puerto Rico.
